When speciality roaster Pact Coffee secured its first ever retail listing, we knew we had to create a buzz within media, and help to drive footfall and sales amongst new and existing customers alike.

Our earned media sell-in and targeted sampling to key journalists generated more than 20 pieces of coverage across national, consumer and trade media - including an exclusive with The Grocer and syndicated coverage with regional Reach Plc newspapers - and more than two million media impressions.

We were asked by food safety and allergen specialist Libereat to manage the earned media sell-in and spread the word about its latest client win: international pizza chain Papa Johns.

By targeting key business, technology, and food and drink journalists with personalised pitches tailored to each contact’s vertical, we generated 25 pieces of coverage across regional, national and trade media, and eight million total media impressions.

London Wetland Centre asked for our help to increase its brand awareness and visitation through earned media relations and social media management.

In our first six months working together, we achieved just shy of 70 pieces of coverage, and significantly increased its average post reach, engagement rate and followers on social media.

How? With a strategy that inspired people to engage with the visitor offer by showing (not just telling) them how important wetlands are for people and the planet.

We were asked to develop and deliver an influencer marketing campaign to drive consideration and sales of Pact Coffee’s lines in Waitrose.

It was important to highlight the taste, quality and expertise that goes into Pact Coffee’s products, and position it as THE superior choice of coffee for people to add to their shopping basket.

And so, we researched, contracted and briefed a group of mid-tier lifestyle influencers to help encourage shoppers to become their own barista and ‘upgrade’ their at-home coffee ritual by recreating their own coffee shop moments at home with Pact Coffee.
